Account deletion
Delete your Emvola account and saved data.
Emvola, operated by Ovtari Private Limited, gives you an in-app path to permanently delete your account and associated app data.
Before you delete your account
Deletion is permanent and generally cannot be reversed. Export anything you want to keep before continuing.
Deleting your Emvola account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play to prevent future renewal.
What is deleted
- Your Emvola authentication account
- Profile and onboarding information associated with the account
- Saved AI conversations
- Mood records and journal entries
- Feedback and subscription records associated with the account, except records that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes
Delete while signed in
- Sign in to Emvola.
- Open Profile or Settings.
- Find Account data and choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Cannot access your account?
Email support@emvola.com from the address associated with your Emvola account and use the subject “Emvola account deletion request”.
We will need to verify that you control the account before acting on the request. Do not send your password, journal entries, or chat messages.
Questions about retained information
Some limited records may need to be retained where required for legal compliance, transaction records, security, or fraud prevention. The Privacy Policy explains these circumstances.
