Clear terms for a supportive space.

These terms govern your use of Emvola, a service operated by Ovtari Private Limited. Please read them before creating an account or using the service.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Emvola, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Emvola is not currently offered to children or minors, even with parental or guardian consent.

You must select your country or region truthfully so Emvola can display the appropriate safety guidance. Do not use Emvola where its use would be unlawful.

3. What Emvola provides

Emvola provides AI-assisted emotional reflection, conversational check-ins, mood tracking, journaling, structured guided wellness modes, optional Small Steps, private progress milestones, weekly reviews, and pattern insights. Features may vary by platform, location, or plan.

4. Not medical or professional care

Emvola is not a therapist, doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, crisis counsellor, emergency service, or substitute for qualified professional care.

It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical, medication, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Using Emvola does not create a clinician-patient or other professional relationship.

5. Emergencies

Do not rely on Emvola in an emergency or where someone may be in immediate danger. Contact local emergency services and a trusted person nearby. Emvola is not continuously monitored and does not contact emergency responders for you.

6. AI limitations

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on a response.
Do not use an AI response as the sole basis for an important health, safety, legal, financial, or personal decision.
Seek qualified professional support when the situation calls for it.

7. Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

Use Emvola unlawfully or to harm, exploit, threaten, or harass another person
Upload malware or attempt to compromise accounts, systems, or security controls
Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or automate access except where we expressly permit it
Misrepresent your identity or infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights
Use Emvola to provide emergency, clinical, or professional services for which it was not designed
Circumvent plan limits, access restrictions, or safety protections

9. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Ovtari and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, transmit, process, and display that content to operate, secure, and support Emvola.

You must have the right to submit the content and should not provide unnecessary confidential information about other people.

10. Plans, subscriptions, and billing

Paid features, usage allowances, prices, and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Android subscriptions are processed and managed through Google Play and may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not delete your Emvola account. Refund eligibility is subject to applicable law and the policies of the payment platform through which you purchased.

11. Our intellectual property

Emvola’s software, design, branding, and original content belong to Ovtari or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Emvola or delete your account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

13. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, add, or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where practicable, we will provide notice of changes that materially affect paid service.

14. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Emvola is provided without guarantees that it will meet every need or produce any particular wellbeing outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by the consumer and other laws applicable to you.

15. Governing terms and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects existing users, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
